Will I get my order?
Yes. We are working as hard as we can under the current Government guidelines to continue shipping orders where stock is available. We are maintaining social distancing and shift patterns to keep the office and fulfilment environments as safe as possible for staff.
Will my order be delayed?
Possibly. As with all businesses during this time we are experiencing some disruption from our suppliers which is causing delays. Most of the items in our store are in stock and should be despatched as usual - but if there is a delay we are tyring our best to make this clear on the product pages.
Can I return my order for a refund / replacement?
Of course. We have temporarily extended our no-quibble money back guarantee to 45 days to allow extra time in case you have to self-isolation. However, if you cannot / do not wish to visit your Post Office we can be more flexible if you let us know by contacting us via enquiries@collectology.co.uk. So please don’t panic, but tell us your circumstances and then you can return your item when you are ready / allowed. In the event of Post Offices being closed, we will of course extend our standard returns policy to allow for this.
Is it safe to receive a delivery?
Most of our deliveries are made by Royal Mail who state: Public Health England has advised that there is no perceived increase in risk of contracting the new coronavirus for handling post or freight from specified areas. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels. (Royal Mail, 20 March 2020) Royal Mail and other courier companies have also placed a number of social distancing measures in place to avoid infection risk.

Do you deliver internationally?
We currently only deliver to the UK but we hope to expand to worldwide delivery in the near future.
How much do you charge for postage?
The postage charge is automatically calculated based on real time rates. Simply add the item(s) to your basket and fill out your address details to view the postal options available to you.
What are the delivery options available?
We offer two postage methods - Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) and Next Day Delivery (guaranteed next working day for all orders placed before 12pm).
How do I know if my item has been despatched?
Once your order has been fulfilled and despatched, you will be notified via email which will include your tracking number (when applicable).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa. You can also checkout via PayPal or Klarna.

When will you take the payment from my credit/debit card?
We take payment for all orders (including pre-orders) when you place your order. If you are paying for your order in instalments, the terms of the instalment payment plan will be detailed at the time of ordering.
How do I use a discount code?
To use your discount code, simply enter the code on the checkout page and click apply. Only 1 discount code can be applied per order.
Please note that discount codes do not apply with interest-free finance payments made via Partial.ly.
How do I return a delivery?

How can I find a specific item?
If you are looking for a particular item, try using our keyword search box at the top right of each page (or tap the magnifying glass icon to reveal the search box on mobile). Type in a relevant word and press ENTER to display any items matching your search. If you still do not see the item you are looking for, please do Contact Us.
Why am I unable to access my account details on the website?
If you are having trouble recalling your password, please select the 'Forgot your Password' option on the Login page.
Alternatively, you can Contact Us with your name and the email address that you are registered with and we can help.
How do I change my email preferences?
We will send you customer service emails about your order/s to keep you up to date. If you opted in to receive marketing emails but no longer wish to receive them, you can choose to unsubscribe from any marketing email from us by clicking the 'unsubscribe' button at the bottom of any email or simply change your preferences by clicking 'update your preferences'.
