REVEALED: Our brand NEW British Coins range…

I must admit, of all our collectable ranges, British Coins is by far my favourite because it is constantly changing! In recent months, coin collecting has really taken off with exciting new UK coin designs inspiring a new generation of collectors and breathing new life into those age-old collections!

With that in mind, I am so excited to (finally!) share with you the latest additions to our British Coins Range, including not one, but TWO exclusive and strictly limited 10p collector sets celebrating the most iconic British symbols, two exclusive signed pieces PLUS the brand-new 2019 Coin Set from The Royal Mint!

If you managed to catch our British Coins LIVE Show, I hope you’ll agree that there really is something for everyone! If you missed it, I’m here to tell you exactly why this range is so great and exactly what makes each piece so collectable

The Royally British 10p Collector’s set limited to just 1,995 worldwide!

Featuring three 10p coins from The Royal Mint’s A-Z of Great Britain 10p Coin Series which has sent the nation on the Great British Coin Hunt, this collection honours one of the most internationally renowned parts of British culture; our royal heritage!

From classic folklore and the legend of King Arthur to the Yeoman Warder royal guard who can be found outside the iconic Buckingham Palace and the Jubilee anniversaries, marked throughout Great Britain and the Commonwealth with street parties and commemorative events; Royalty is at the very heart of being British. This exclusive Collector’s Edition 10p Set features the exquisite ‘K’ for King Arthur, ‘Y’ for Yeoman and ‘J’ for Jubilee 10p coins – three of the most popular in the A-Z series.

Each of the 10ps have been struck to an uncirculated finish, meaning they are free from the scratches and imperfections of circulation coins and come presented in a tamper-proof capsule, alongside the full colour exclusive artwork by artist, Diane Fawcett – complete with her signature.

Finished in a deluxe presentation case with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity confirming its place within the tiny edition limit of 1,995, this really is a special and entirely unique collector piece and one of the most limited ways to own these 10p coins.

I’ve been checking my change in search of these coins for months and it looks like I’m not the only one as I haven’t found a single one! These hugely popular coins are being snapped up by anyone lucky enough to come across them, making them very scarce indeed!

This is a great, fun addition to any collection or the perfect, affordable way to get started!

Own the Official RAF Spitfire £2 coin, hand-signed by an actual Spitfire Pilot!

Now, as a collector of autographs, this is probably my favourite piece in the collection! Not to mention the fact that this Stunning UK 2018 RAF Spitfire £2 coin has been issued to mark the centenary of our incredible air force.

The Supermarine Spitfire is an example of era-defining aviation. Playing a huge part in 20th century warfare, the Spitfire, along with the heroic pilots that flew them, have become etched our history. This slick but deadly aircraft is captured in intricate detail on the reverse of the coin

With only 30 Spitfires remaining airworthy today, a Spitfire Pilot’s experience is almost unparalleled. Antony Parkinson or ‘Parky’ flew with the RAF for an awe-inspiring 38 years! He was a Red Arrow and flew with the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight before flying Spitfires regularly at Headcorne aerodrome in Kent. ‘Parky’ has exclusively hand signed JUST 250 of these £2 coin packs!

The coin has been struck to a Brilliant Uncirculated finish, a superior quality to the circulating coins you will find in your change, free from imperfections and highly sought-after by collectors…

The coin will come delivered to you in the official Royal Mint presentation pack, which has been created in collaboration with the RAF especially for the centenary celebrations.

Our Capsule Edition signed by ‘Parky’ also limited to just 250 completely sold out within days of release so I have no doubt these will also sell-out very soon.

Own BOTH of the 2018 UK Paddington Bear 50p coins in an Exclusive Capsule Presentation hand-signed by the artist - limited to just 250!

Last year saw The Royal Mint issue not one but TWO Paddington™ 50p coins to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Paddington™ Bear. The coins’ release marks the first time that Paddington™ has ever appeared on UK coinage so, combined with recent release of the latest Paddington™ films, it is no surprise that they have been extremely sought-after and are becoming more and more difficult to get hold of!

The first coin in the series, the Official UK Paddington™ at the Station 50p features Paddington™ experiencing London for the very first time at Paddington Station, while the second in the series shows Paddington™ in true patriotic spirit outside Buckingham Palace!

Both coins have been struck to a Brilliant Uncirculated finish, giving them that sought-after collector quality and encapsulated to keep them safe for generations of collectors to come!

This classic Collector’s Edition is an incredibly unique way to own the popular Paddington™ 50p coins, in fact, it’s one of the most limited! What’s more, they are framed within a beautiful, full-colour illustration of a London backdrop, hand-signed by the artist himself, Nick Watton. For me, the growing collectability of signed artwork is the most exciting element of this piece. Nick has hand-signed just 250 - such a rare collectable will be snapped up in no time!

Sell-out history!

Our previous Collector’s Edition featuring the Paddington™ 50ps limited to 995 completely sold out in just a few days – with that in mind, we don’t expect this new signed edition be around for long! Only 250 collectors can own one hand-signed by the artist!

Celebrate our most iconic British landmarks with the limited edition 10p collector set!

There are few things more deserving of their place within the A-Z of Great Britain 10p coins series than three of the most iconic British landmarks, celebrated internationally and attracting millions of visitors to the UK every year.

From the North of England, standing at a staggering 20 metres tall and 54 metres wide, The Angel of the North stands on the River Tyne as a tribute to two centuries of coal mining and is one of the most iconic sculptures in Britain. In London, the Houses of Parliament are home to our national government and remain one of the most striking landmarks along the River Thames. Finally, in South West of England, one of the wonders of the world – the prehistoric monument of Stonehenge can be found.

The ‘A’, ‘H’ and ‘S’ 10p coins featured in the Collector’s Edition Set pay tribute to these historic landmarks. Each coin has been struck to an uncirculated finish and is framed within the intricate miniature artwork of artist Diane Fawcett and encapsulated for years to come.

For me, the Stonehenge 10p takes me back to childhood years celebrating the summer solstice next to those ancient stones. Whether you’ve visited all three of these landmarks or not, they are undeniably three of the most iconic parts of Britain, and that’s definitely something to celebrate!

As some of the most instantly recognisable coins in the A-Z collection, any one of these 10p coins is particularly difficult to get hold of in circulation, let alone all three. That makes this one of the only ways to own all three in an exclusive capsule presentation. With just 1,995 available these are bound to extremely popular.

Be one of the first people to own the new 2019 UK coins…

With the New Year well underway, the British Coins range would not be complete without the brand-new 2019 UK Annual Coin set! The set features the eight new definitive releases, including the 50p which celebrates its 50th birthday this year, as well as five stunning commemorative coins, each uniquely designed to mark a significant anniversary in British history.

Of course, the newest definitive coins issued are a must-have for any collector but, for me, the commemorative coins in the annual set are what I look forward to the most. In fact, they remind me why I love collecting so much; the stories behind the coins.

In this set, the D-Day £2 Coin is issued to mark the 75th anniversary of the largest seaborne invasion in history, in honour of thousands of Allied troops who made the Normandy invasion a success and paved the way to the end of WWII. For anyone with an interest in recent history, the opportunity to own such a powerful commemorative cannot be missed and it’s already one of the most popular of the new 2019 issues.

The diversity of the commemorative set always amazes me, with this set also including The Sir Arthur Conan Doyle 50p in celebration of 160 years since the birth of one of Britain’s most prolific authors and the legacy he has created as the father of the iconic Sherlock Holmes.  Of course, collectors are already keen to get their hands on this one.

The other coins featured include a Queen Victoria £5 coin and £2 coins celebrating the unparalleled insight of Samuel Pepys’ Diary – famous for its insights into the Great Fire of London and the Plague and the creative ceramic genius of Wedgwood.

Each coin has been struck to an exquisite Brilliant Uncirculated finish and comes enclosed in the official Royal Mint collector pack which will tell you everything you need to know about the brand new 2019 coins!

This is one of the only ways to own the new 2019 coins ahead of the crowd and before they’re released into circulation!
